Supported living services help people live in their own homes, either on their own or with other people. Everyone receives support that is matched to their own needs.

We take time to understand what support each person needs through a full assessment. Wherever possible, this is agreed together with the individual. Some people may need support all day and night, while others may only need help at certain times.

 

The level of support depends on the person. Supported living homes are provided by Trusted Hands Supported Living in partnership with trusted housing provider we work with.

Each person has their own tenancy agreement with the landlord, which means the home is truly theirs.

Our support helps people look after their homes, build confidence, and take part in their local community, so they feel valued and included.

We facilitate independent living through shared housing arrangements, accommodating 2 to 4 residents per home.
