five residential care homes
In our homes, residents live in fully managed accommodation with shared spaces they can enjoy together. We take care of all their needs, while making sure their independence and personal choices are always respected.

Each care home is run by a registered care manager, supported by a deputy manager and a team of senior support workers and support workers. Staff are available 24 hours a day to support residents whenever they need help.

In our residential care homes, Trusted Hands looks after all parts of daily life. This includes accommodation, meals, personal care, and medication support.

Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive home for people who need help with everyday living, while helping them live meaningful, independent lives as part of their local community.
Our Homes
Mereside Care Home supports 15 adults with low to mild learning disabilities. The home is located on St Bernards Road in Olton, Solihull.
All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. A modern lift provides easy access to the upper two floors of the home.
Roughcote Hall Farm is set within 3.5 acres of countryside in the Staffordshire Moorlands, just half a mile from Stoke-on-Trent.
The care home supports nine adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities.
Kenwood House is located in the centre of Stoke-on-Trent, close to Hanley town centre, Hanley Park, and Cauldon Park.
Kenwood House is a small and friendly residential care home that supports six residents with mild to moderate learning disabilities and related needs.
Summerfield House is located on a quiet residential street, close to Dudley Town Centre.
The home supports nine adults with learning disabilities and related needs.
Fairfield House is a residential care home that supports nine residents. It is located opposite a small park and is within walking distance of Dudley Town Centre.
