Our Story

Trusted Hands Care Group is a regional care provider that supports vulnerable adults with learning disabilities across the West Midlands, Staffordshire, and Stoke-on-Trent.

We began in 2017, when we took over two residential care homes for adults with learning disabilities.

Today, we provide care and support across five residential care homes and supported living services. We support over 60 residents, with the help of more than 120 staff members who provide over 3,500 hours of care each week.

From the very beginning, our mission has been to provide high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities.

We offer both residential care and supported living, with support tailored to each person’s individual needs. This may be in a shared care home or in supported living accommodation.

Our dedicated team includes Directors, Managers, maintenance staff, senior carers, and support workers.

Care and support are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. This allows us to provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment for everyone we support.

The Beginning of Our Journey

Our story began in 2016, with commitment of putting care, dignity, and trust at the heart of everything we do.

Growing Our Care Offering

The Group continued to grow by buying another residential property in Stoke-on-Trent. This was changed into a six-bed bungalow, with all bedrooms having their own ensuite bathrooms.

In the same year, the CQC approved an extra bedroom at Roughcote Hall Farm. This increased the home’s capacity to nine beds and allowed us to support a total of 30 adults with learning disabilities.

Expanding the Group to Dudley

Trusted Hands Care Group bought Grazebrook Homes Limited (admin@grazebrookhomes.com), a care group that provides residential care and supported living services in Dudley, West Midlands.

Grazebrook Homes supports 32 adults with learning disabilities and related needs. After this purchase, Trusted Hands Care Group now supports over 60 adults with learning disabilities and associated conditions.

Increasing Group Presence in Solihull

Trusted Hands Care Group purchased a block of eight one-bedroom flats at the end of 2025. The flats are in Olton, Solihull, just 0.2 miles from our care home, Mereside Residential Home.

This new purchase helps strengthen our presence in Solihull. It allows us to build on the strong reputation Mereside already has with the local authority, families, and the local community.

Our Services

Residential Care Homes

We focus solely on providing care to adults age 18-65 with learning disabilities, autism and associated conditions.
Around the clock support to our residents - in each care home we are responsible for all day-to-day needs of each resident, to include accommodation, nutrition, personal care, medications, transportation and activities.

Supported Living Services

Trusted Hands Supported Living provide support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and associated conditions living in their own homes.
We provide care & support to people, helping them to leave independently and assist them with their daily tasks and routines.
