Acquisition of Grazebrook Homes Limited

Trusted Hands Care Group is pleased to announce that it is finalize today the acquisition of Grazebrook Homes Limited, a group comprising two residential care homes and four supported living services, located in Dudley, West Midlands.  

All Grazebrook’s properties are conveniently clustered in proximity in the same neighbourhood just off Dudley town centre.

All rated Good by the CQC and provide care to a total of 32 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Post acquisition, Trusted Hands has five residential care homes offering 48 beds and four supported living properties supporting 14 beds, totalling 62 beds for people with learning disabilities and complex needs, located at Solihull, Dudley and Stoke-on-Trent.
