Trusted Hands Care Group is proud to announce that it has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015

certification.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), setting criteria for consistent, high-quality products, services, and customer satisfaction.

It promotes a risk-based process approach and continual improvement, applicable to any organisation, regardless of size or industry, with the current version being ISO 9001:2015.

The ISO 9001 certification awarded to Trusted Hands Care Group is another proof of the standards the group is working under and the highest level of care we provide to our service users and to all stakeholders of the organisation overall.
