Fairfield House is a nine-bed residential home for adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities and autism. It is located on a quiet residential road, opposite a small memorial park, and is within walking distance of Dudley town centre.

At Fairfield House, our aim is to help residents keep and develop their independence wherever possible. Staff are always available to give support when needed, including help with personal care, medication, medical appointments, and planning fun and meaningful activities. Celebrating birthdays and special occasions is something we do particularly well.

 

Our fully trained and skilled staff provide kind, person-centred support, making sure each resident feels valued, supported, and able to enjoy life every day.
