Following a period of growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an
experienced Referral and Business Development Lead to join Trusted
Hands Care Group.
Working Hybrid from our office in Dudley / Service Locations.
We are looking for: ·
To be the lead on referral tracking for all Trusted Hands Care Group (“THCG” or the “Group”) services.
To be responsible for responding to opportunities and reducing voids across the Group and maximising occupancy levels.
To work with SMT on development projects to achieve projected and sustainable growth targets.
Registering for local authority’s framework agreements.
Monitoring of referral platforms and initiating response to opportunities across THCG.
To carry out person centred assessments of support needs as required.
To support in the smooth transition of service users into THCG services.
To produce bid tender submissions for new services.
To reduce voids and support organisational growth.
Requirements:
Possession of an NVQ or QCF 5/4 RMA or relevant Care and Support qualification.
High standard of literacy and numeracy
Driving - clean full licence.
Experience of working in health and social care in a tendering/bid writing capacity.
Experience of managing complex/conflicting situations.
Experience of partnership working with Local Authorities, ICB’s and other stakeholders. Proficient in use of Microsoft.
Organised and experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to travel to all THCG’s locations as required and any external stakeholder partnership meetings as required.
Can demonstrate an excellent value base.
Self-motivated and creative.
Able to work constructively and cooperatively.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Calm and approachable manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solution based approach.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
