Hourly Rate: £14.00
Full time or Part time hours per week

Can you support the management team in our residential home to ensure that
both the people we support, and our staff supported effectively?
Trusted Hands Care Group is currently looking for a dedicated senior support worker to
join our friendly established team at Mereside in Solihull.

Mentoring new and existing staff
NVQ / QCF level 3 (or equivalent) or willing to work towards.
Oversee relevant documentation within the home.
Lead the staff team in the absence of the management team.
Be a part of the on-call system to give advice or support.
Liaison with outside professionals, families, or visitors in the absence of the management team.

Comprehensive training package, that you will be paid to complete and ongoing supervision.
