Team Leader
Hourly Rate: £14.50
40 hours per week

Following a period of growth, we have created a new position within our supported
living service and looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support the
Registered Manager with the day-to-day management of the service across our Dudley
locations.

NVQ / QCF level 4 in social care or equivalent.
Support with the operational management and quality of each location,
ensuring visibility and oversight whilst promoting person centred support.
A working knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Regulated
Activities) Regulations 2014·
Budget and resource management experience.
Leading and developing staff teams.
Be a part of the on-call system.
Liaison and collaborative working with MDT's , external professionals,
families and other stakeholders.
