Hourly Rate: £14.50


40 hours per week

Following a period of growth, we have created a new position within our supported

living service and looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support the

Registered Manager with the day-to-day management of the service across our Dudley

locations.

  • NVQ / QCF level 4 in social care or equivalent.

  • Support with the operational management and quality of each location,

  • ensuring visibility and oversight whilst promoting person centred support.

  • A working knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Regulated

  • Activities) Regulations 2014·

  • Budget and resource management experience.

  • Leading and developing staff teams.

  • Be a part of the on-call system.

  • Liaison and collaborative working with MDT's , external professionals,

  • families and other stakeholders.
